Credit Registration Office (BCR) collects information about the loans that consumers have taken out. As a participant, PersonalLoan can use this information to determine whether it is wise for you to take out a new Credit. In this way, we can make a responsible and well-considered decision about your application of a loan.
When you submit an application for a new Credit, various personal details are checked. The application may not be approved based on these details. The decision to approve or not approve the application for a new Credit always rests with the lender. In this case, the decision rests with PersonalLoan.
Would you like more information about BCR? Or do you want to know which registrations you have with BCR? Then go to the BCR website for more information.
PersonalLoan has stored your personal details securely. However, fraudsters may try to find out your details. They do this, for example, by sending you an email or showing a pop-up when you log in. They usually ask for your account number or password at PersonalLoan. This is also called phishing. Be careful and never fill in these details!
In phishing criminals pretend to be a reliable company. They ask for your personal and confidential details via an e-mail or a reconstructed internet site. Do you receive an e-mail or do you see an internet site that you do not trust? Then don't open any attachments. Also do not click on hyperlinks. Make a copy and send it to our fraud department .
Important: Don't forget your email address.
Fraudsters are constantly fishing for your personal details. Therefore, do not just leave your e-mail address everywhere. Of course, it is best to provide your e-mail address for a newsletter, but please handle this with care. And another good tip: create a separate e-mail address for all your money matters. If an e-mail comes in from your credit card company or bank at a different e-mail address, you can be sure that it is a case of phishing.
How do you recognize a fake e-mail?
- No personal salutation in the email
- The email sender address is not from @ PersonalLoan.en or @ e.primeline.en
- The link in the email points to a website other than https: //www.primeline.en
- Wander employees never ask for your username, password, credit card number and / or PIN code. Not by e-mail, telephone or in any other way.
Golden rule logging in for My PersonalLoan
Safe use of My PersonalLoan requires a careful way of logging in. Therefore, remember the golden rule. You enter the web address www.primeline.en and log in to My PersonalLoan with your username and password. These details are strictly personal. Always keep your login details secret.
If you have payment arrears of more than 2 months, we will report this arrears to the Credit Registration Office (BCR). An A-coding in the Central Credit Information System (CKI) will then be added to your loan.
A recovery notification will be posted as soon as your payment arrears have been cleared.
You can request an overview of your registrations from BCR. This can be done online or via a paper overview by post. The overview shows which credits you have and have had.
All credit agreements concluded by you are registered. So there is a good chance that you are known at BCR. BCR has processed details of approximately 8.5 million consumers with credits. For more than 90% these are positive registrations without payment arrears. For more information, visit the BCR website .
You can also request the overview through your own bank. The bank will then forward the application to BCR.
