Caring Senior Service celebrates franchisees at its annual conference

The highlight of the conference, held this year at Dreams Macao Beach Punta Cana, is the announcement of the Hedgehog Award, which is given to the franchisee who most embodies the spirit and entrepreneurial spirit of the Caring Senior Service methodology.

This year, Rick and Kathy Casey of attentive senior service from North of Houston, received the award, which is named after the age-old fable “The Fox and the Hedgehog.” In the fable, the fox uses various methods to avoid predators, while the hedgehog curls up – a unique but proven mission – to repel them.

In addition to the Hedgehog award, Caring Senior Service presented the following awards at the awards ceremony:

  • Prices Enter them (Awarded to franchise location with most new customers admitted): Delia Sousa of attentive senior service to Northeast Dallas
  • Voices of Caring Award (Awarded to the franchisee who best sets the tone for the Caring Senior Service brand): Cindy Sheller of attentive senior service from Northeast of Tucson (Arizona).

In addition to these awards, 21 Caring Senior Service locations were admitted to the Circle of Champions after meeting certain financial criteria, and six of those locations were also recognized for achieving these goals for all of 2021.
