Today, third-party developers shared news and a release about Microsoft Flight Simulator aircraft and scenery addons.

We start with IndiaFoxtEcho, who provided a development update on their upcoming M-346 Master and some screenshots.

Finally, the Italy and Malta Global Update is here, and we thought the M-346 was perfect to take a look at – and took the opportunity to snap some screenshots (in development sure).

We were hoping to release at least a beta before this global update, but it’s not ready to be tested yet: more work is needed in many areas, although we’re not far from completion and we *hopefully* post it in June.

– on the graphics side, we still need to polish some details and animations, and create several liveries.
– cockpit modeling and functionality is almost complete, but there is still work to be done in the systems area
– the management of the flight model (which will be piloted by FCS) is quite good but we need to adjust the overall performance (at the moment it is accelerating too quickly).

We’re working hard on it… but as usual, it’s done when it’s done.

Next, we take another look at the Socata TB-30 Epsilon from AzurPoly.

In a few weeks from now you will be able to fly the Epsilon in FS2020. We can’t wait for you to enjoy this one. It already flies perfectly well, most systems are working as expected and all liveries have been done. Now is the time to filter out every error or bug that we, and our beta testers, find.

As we said a few months ago, the TB-30 Epsilon had to be a cut above the Fouga in terms of overall quality (which was already above our expectations).

We can assure you that the stage is well beyond what we had expected!

But we won’t stay there.

Next we get new screenshots and a development update from AUscene, showing the upcoming Hamilton Island (YBHM) in Australia.

We know many of you are looking forward to this, and we’re excited to share our latest update with you now. Hamilton Island will be our most comprehensive product yet, just check out the resort assets! and yes, those Reefview elevators are animated. Most of the island will be faithfully recreated and filled with features to explore.

Currently, the development is focused on the marina and the airport, both of which will be previewed.
Check back tomorrow as we will announce our next airport which will come after Hamilton Island. Any guesses where this could be? A hint… This is an Australian airport that really needed to be done.

Finally, SamScene3D has released its addon of the city of Shenzhen, representing the famous city of China.

You can find it in the developer store for $11.95 including the following.

  • over 500 custom iconic buildings and apartments
  • many 3D models of buildings, apartments, hotels, banks, monuments
  • ShenZhen with night effects
  • all buildings with PBR material
  • Border buildings from Shenzhen to Hong Kong
  • a satellite image of the ground along the coast of Shenzhen
