In a statement released Friday, Appier said it has launched the “Happier Talent with Appier” campaign, paving the way for the company’s future growth.

Appier offers a platform to facilitate real-time bidding and programmatic media buying, while providing multi-screen AI, data and targeting solutions.

According to Appier, the company will launch recruiting events on college campuses to give student candidates a better understanding of the company’s organizational culture and work requirements.

Appier said he also introduced a mechanism for his employees to learn how to get along with colleagues and plan their careers.

Appier, founded in Taipei in 2012, had been described by Taiwanese media as one of the country’s most important unicorn societies.

A unicorn is a private startup that has typically been in business for less than 10 years, but with an estimated market value of over US $ 1 billion.

It is the first Taiwanese unicorn company to have launched an Initial Public Offering (IPO). Appier has listed his shares on the Mothers section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange since March 2021.

After its founding, Appier initially focused on regional markets by opening offices in several cities including Singapore, Tokyo, Ho Chi Minh City, Seoul and Sydney before expanding its reach to the United States and Europe in 2020.

Currently, Appier has 17 offices in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the United States.
