What is the Lazy Laowai program?
The Lazy Laowai Workout Program is a structured weight training and conditioning program designed to make you stronger, fitter, and happier than you’ve ever been in the gym. To do this, we break down the training schedule into five-week cycles with the following objectives:
And because fitness is a journey, you never go alone. You are always in a class surrounded by other athletes, pushing and supporting you through each session. You always have the watchful eye of a qualified coach in the room to give you individual feedback. And you have access to our online platform to track your strength and progress.
So if you ever feel a little too lazy, your LLW community will be there to help you move forward and get the job done!
